Okay- analysis of why I had the sweets I did when I did.
Yesterday was horrible- overslept and had too many sweets so I didn’t even have time to weigh. I’m blaming the slight gain on stress (from oversleeping) and eating sweets for the calories to keep going instead of having enough rest. Carb loading is not my friend.
