I don’t know what’s up with me but I’m having an awful time communicating. I’ve got a letter and a post card that I want to answer but I just can’t some up with anything past “Dear ____”.
It’s the same with journal entries, I’ve wanted to post but I simply can’t come up with any words.
Possibly part of the problem is sleep- I went to bed more or less on time last night but I couldn’t do more than doze. I kept waking up and feeling sad and hopeless.
If I could just figure out why, I could maybe do something to fix it- or at least mitigate it but I’m drawing a blank here.
