Day 695 PetMeds

Good heavens, has it really been that long since I had an entry? Well, I’ve been busy.

Often I get on here and I have a gripe about something (or someone). Today I want to praise PetMeds for their recent customer service.

My mom ordered some medicines for her cat, Miss Fuzz, before she died. One of them arrived the day she died and one didn’t arrive until the next day because it had to be custom compounded for her.

In spite of this, when she called and explained what happened, they sent her labels to send the prescriptions both back and refunded the entire price, essentially eating the shipping both ways.

Then yesterday they sent her a very nice sympathy card.

That was a really sweet gesture- especially as she explained that Miss Fuzz died and they could have reasonably expected that she wouldn’t be shopping with them anymore.

So I’m posting this to share what good people make up PetMeds. Please recommend them to anyone you know who has pets- they deserve the business.
