Blueberry Muffins

1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup butter

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and stir together.

Add milk, egg and cooking oil and mix until there are no lumps.

Fold in blueberries.

Spoon batter into 12 paper lined baking cups.

Crumble together flour, sugar and butter to make crumbs.

Sprinkle over each muffin.

Bake at 400° for 25 minutes
