Honey Sesame Cheesecake

9″ pie crust in a spring form pan
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
16 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sifted flour
¼ cup honey
5 eggs separated
1/2 cup half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup ground sesame seeds

Beat egg whites until stiff. Cream butter and sugar together. Add cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Blend in flour and honey. Blend in egg yolks. Beat well. Add cream and vanilla. Lightly fold in egg whites. Fold in sesame seeds. Pour into a 9″ pie crust.

Bake 1 hour on a low rack in a preheated 325° oven.

Cool with oven door closed for 1 hour then remove and chill.
