Quick Cheese Danish

2 packages crescent roll dough
16 ounces cream cheese
1 ½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Separate egg. Lay one package crescent rolls flat in pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Spread evenly over rolls. Lay 2nd package of rolls flat in pan. Beat egg white and spread over 2nd layer of rolls. Mix ½ cup of sugar and cinnamon and top.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
