Shepherd’s Pie (A Leftover Dish)

1 pound meat- browned and drained
gravy
Sautéd onion & garlic
Leftover cooked vegetables:
Corn, beans, peas carrots
4 cups mashed potatoes
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Layer meat and vegetables into baking dish. Pour any leftover gravy over them. Top with mashed potatoes then with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
